Kharagpur's First Student Satellite

The Department of Aerospace Engineering, IIT-Kharagpur gets all ready to start off with one of the most ambitious projects ever undertaken in IIT-Kharagpur, the STUSAT-1 (Student Satellite -1), after having talks with ISRO. The aim is to build a complete satellite with a payload of maximum of 80 Kilograms. It is to be taken from Concept Design Stage to the Testing Stage (which will be launched by a PSLV) by the students of IIT Kgp.
